Notes
SCC Core v3.0.2 is a recommended patch for users / exchanges / mn hosting services.
This patch is mandatory for all mining pools before block 10,000 (new clients will not accept new blocks after if not updated).
Note: Verify the fee logic is set to substract at block confirmation or payment run, not at block extraction.
