Please note the following information and advice regarding your (account) security:

The Team will

  • never contact you first
  • never ask you to send any coins
  • never ask for remote access or to install any third party software
  • never ask you for your passwords or 2FA codes
  • never provide support via direct messages

If you get such requests from alleged team members, someone is trying to steal from you. This applies to all our social media channels.
Official messages will be posted in the appropriate channels. User support is only handled through our ticket system on Discord.

Advice for your own account security:

  • Enable 2FA in your account settings
  • Enable IP verification in your account settings
  • Use a strong password
  • Change your password regulary
  • Never share your password
  • Never allow to remote access your PC
  • If you need help, use only the offical support channel(s)
  • Use only links from verified sources to download wallet-software
