General News

Crypto Markets Update

Last week Bitcoin prize stabilized just below $25,000 which seems like a pretty clear psychological barrier. Now the price appears to be trying to break this resistance, but it will take time for Bitcoin to build up enough momentum for that. It is also possible we will see a correction before this happens. Nevertheless it is remarkable how well prices are holding up, considering the recent regulatory developments taking place in the United States. With the SEC going after stablecoin issuers, and senator Warren pushing her draconian “Digital asset anti-money laundering act”, the regulatory environment has never been more hostile.

However, the United States is not the entire planet, and good news coming from Asia could be behind the positive performance we are seeing these days. Next June, Hong Kong will release a new licensing framework for Crypto trading, which is perceived as a warming up of regulations there. This is surprising, as China banned all forms of Crypto trading and holding long ago. Nevertheless, it is likely that not much will change in the short term, as trading will be restricted to certified professionals, leaving out retail investors.

We have disabled trading for Daps, as the wallet seems to have issues syncing, which were reported by a few others as well. These are some screenshots taken from the different Daps social media:

New Firo Masternode

Last week we added a Firo masternode to the Earn system. This will produce rewards every 7 days on average, which should significantly boost Firo Earn rewards. This is the address of the masternode:
