Notes
v1.7.0 is a mandatory release for all wallets and masternodes. It includes consensus rule changes that will take effect on January 24th, 2021 (block 1,747,800). Any nodes that have not upgraded by that time will be excluded from the Phore network until they upgrade, and may need to resync the blockchain.
There are two primary changes in this release–one is an improvement to staking security, and another is compatibility for MacOS Big Sur users.
