Notes
SCC Core v3.1.0 is a recommended upgrade for users / exchanges / MN hosting services.
This patch is highly recommended for all mining pools and masternode hosts before the release of StakeCube Protocol (SCP), otherwise your pools and/or masternodes will not support SCP transactions.

Backwards Compatibility
Please note that support for win32 architecture has been dropped, and binaries will not be shipped. If you need a win32 wallet you can compile from source, see github link above.
