Dash Core 0.16.1.0 is a minor release of the Dash Core 0.16.x.x series. This release contains various bugfixes and improvements and we consider this a stable release. This is NOT a mandatory upgrade. Users of the wallet should upgrade to 0.16.1.0 if they encounter any bugs. Masternodes may see a small benefit in network usage by upgrading to 0.16.1.0. Miners do not need to upgrade to 0.16.1.0.
