StakeCube in Numbers
Prices started the week going up pretty confidently but ended up falling again under $50,000 towards the end. Analysis of transaction flows show that it is mostly the Asian session during which heavy selling takes place, while Americans continue to buy the dip. Rumors say all this selling is coming from China, which is strange since Bitcoin has been banned at least 50 times there. Many other cryptocurrencies also had bad performance this week, but there are also exceptions. Sushi for example went up 40%. StakeCube Coin didn’t perform well this week either, falling more or less the same as others like Ethereum or Solana. Meanwhile mining revenue continues to erode due to the ever increasing difficulty with no significant improvement in prices.

Fundi Finance AMA
This week we held an AMA session on Telegram with Fundi Finance CEO and Co-Founder Des Prout. In it, many interesting topics were covered. Des explained why Fundi has two different tokens and what their purposes and advantages are. He also introduced some strategies that Fundi Finance is pursuing with respect to NFTs, and the AMA concluded with some questions from the audience. CTSC Maintenance
The official CTSC explorer is offline, which has forced us to put the wallet into maintenance. The wallet will have to remain in maintenance until we have a working blockchain explorer. We have contacted the CTSC team and are waiting for a reply.
Meatec AMA
We received the responses from the Meatec AMA but we would like them to give more detail on a few of the answers they provided. Because of this, we have asked Meatec to extend on these answers, and we will publish the document once they send it to us again. The purpose of this AMA was always to provide sufficient clarity to our users regarding Meatec operations, and we want to ensure that the document achieves that goal.
ETH Withdrawal to Dapps
We want to remind everyone not to withdraw ETH directly to contracts or Dapps. If you are not sure whether the destination wallet is a contract, simply withdraw to Metamask or any other wallet and send it from there to the destination. Withdrawals from StakeCube to contracts will fail due to gas limits. After that, users will need to open a ticket to cancel the withdrawal, and will have lost the fees for the withdrawal attempt.
Graphene Distribution
The Graphene Distribution job is taking considerably longer than we initially calculated. The coins have already been claimed and are in our wallets but we still need to produce a complete list of users that will receive the airdrop with their respective amount. Because of this, the process could still last a few days.

LUX Maintenance Update
LUX have officially announced that they are working on swapping the LUX chain due to “wallet stability issues”
We have contacted them to ask about the timeframe but so far we got no response. LUX will continue to be in maintenance due to blockchain explorer issues, which are likely related to the wallet stability issues mentioned by the LUX team. As soon as we have more information, we will communicate it to you.
BSC Maintenance
We had to put BSC and BEP20 tokens into maintenance today in order to prune the database. Unfortunately this will continue to happen from time to time due to the immense amount of blocks produced by BSC. Deposits done during the maintenance will not be credited automatically. The process will last about 48 hours.

Although difficulty didn’t change this week, prices went down somewhat, affecting MineCube rewards. Hashpower has continued to increase, which makes it likely that difficulty will continue to increase with next adjustment.

Development News
SCP Wallet
These are the main changes done to the SCP Wallet this week which will be available with next version 1.1.7rc1 (1st Release Candidate):
UI/UX
- Failed NFT mints will now display an error and handle nicely, instead of crashing and requiring a reboot.
- Added name of collection to the NFT minting menu, to help prevent minting in the wrong collection.
- All fields on NFTs, including the image and title, can be clicked to be copied to the clipboard easily.
- Self-created collections now always display at the top of the “All Collections” screen, no more scrolling!
- Collections can now be clicked by their name to be opened, and the old “Open” button has been removed.
- Fixed a couple typos and minor design errors.
Backend (Full-nodes)
- Massive PoS performance improvements: this has sped-up the syncing speeds by 3.8x by reducing unnecessary overhead on processing SCP-2 pending stakes.
- Added TX caching system for the last 10k TXs: this should speed up repetitive tasks that require re-fetching a TX multiple times, either during sync or by manual API read-usage, by fetching TXs from memory instead of RPC, this will use slightly more memory, but should not be too noticeable.
API
- Added many more statistics to the GetAllCollectionHeaders endpoint.
- Added a new security config feature: allowedips, an in-house firewalling system for simple configuration, this has also been fully documented within the API docs with example usecases.
Build
- Audited and updated 10+ minor NPM dependencies to enhance security and futureproofing of the codebase.
SCPScan
We are at the moment reviewing the code for the latest series of improvements for SCPScan. You can see the pull request open on the official GitHub:

These are the main changes implemented:
- Added a basic system for “verified coin profiles”, e.g; social links, website, etc.
- Added ‘open full image’ button / clickable image to the NFT Details view.
- Replaced “Burned NFTs” with total sales on the SC Marketplace (subject to change).
- Added favicon.
- Replaced SCPscan with logo in Navbar.
- Show table with all downloads below the auto-detection.
- Move Dark/Light mode switch button to the right in navbar.
Once the code is reviewed and if all goes according to plan, the update should be implemented next week.

SCP Wallet is now signed with JSKitty’s public PGP key. This allows users to verify that the wallet has been cryptographically signed and approved by him. Even if our GitHub is compromised, the downloads are still safe as long as the PGP verification confirms that the files have not been tampered with. If you download SCP, please verify the binary against our developer’s public key:
